Alameda Offering Memorandum

This Offering Memorandum was for a property in El Paso, Texas. The natural landscape around the area is a very prominent part of the city so I utilized a topographic texture as part of the theme throughout the book. The color choices where a grey and tan to further emulate the landscape of the area. I created hierarchy on each page by utilizing varying color sections which helps to separate the content allowing for the eye to travel around the page. A lot of the properties that I work with do not have their own branding so I also came up with a logo. I utilized a lower case "A" because the circular shape allowed for the two "C" letters to fit naturally in the center creating a singular icon.
