Halsted Pershing Offering Memorandum

This Offering Memorandum was for a property in Chicago, IL. With this style I wanted to treat each page as if it were its own page of a website. I styled the table of contents to emulate the menu page of a website, showcasing an image of the property for each section. The various text styles for each title and subtitle create a hierarchy for the information that is presented. This allows the viewer to differentiate the difference in the content so that it is easier to view and understand.
